TERMS OF PAYMENT
Nuovo Cilento provides 2 payment methods to be chosen at the time of order conclusion:
– Paypal
– Prepaid bank transfer
PayPal (Credit and Prepaid Cards)
It is the most popular, safe and tested method used in e-commerce. It offers an online micro-payment system, acting as an intermediary between the user and the recipient of the payment. You can use the Paypal services whether you have an account (credit) on paypal.it, or you simply want to pay for the products purchased with your credit card. The procedure is really very simple, quick and safe and there are no additional costs. For more information, visit the website www.paypal.it.
Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment.
Nuovo Cilento DOES NOT record payment card data.
Bank transfer in advance
With bank transfer there is no additional cost (except those applied by your bank).

Payment description: indicate the order ID present in the confirmation email and the date.
The order will remain active for 5 working days. After 5 days without receiving payment, the order will be considered void and canceled. To complete the request and to process the order quickly, it is welcome and recommended please to send a copy of the bank transfer by email to info@nuovocilento.it.
SHIPMENTS
Shipments are made by express or national courier.
As a rule, the orders placed are prepared and shipped within 2/3 working days (Monday to Friday).
From that moment, the courier will deliver the order within 48 – 72 hours, throughout Italy.
Cost of transportation
0 – 10 Kg € 17.00 Express courier.
10 – 20 Kg € 20.00 Express courier.
20 – 30 Kg € 22.00 Express courier.
0 – 100 Kg € 24.00 National courier.
To facilitate delivery, please enter a destination address where the recipient is present every day, for at least half a day.
Please also ALWAYS indicate a mobile or landline number (which will never in any case be transferred to third parties or used for communications that are not related to the shipment – for more information see the Privacy page).
At the time of shipment, an email is sent with the tracking number for the package.
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address and for other reasons, the motivation will be sent by email with a request for any change.
